Cast your care; and enjoy your day.

1 PETER 5:7

“Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.”

Casting is the Greek word; Epiripto. 

Epiripto means; to throw upon, to place upon.

Christ is telling us; to place our cares upon him.

Why?

Because it is his responsibility alone, to take care of his own.

In the reality of this; let us do ourselves a huge favor.
May we stop trying to meet, all of our own needs, and begin to rely completely upon him; to have integrity and do as he has clearly promised.

God cannot lie.

NUMBERS 23:19

"God is not a man that he should lie; neither the son of man that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? Or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?

God will not fail you.

DEUTERONOMY 31:8

"And the Lord, he it is that doth go before thee; he will be with thee, he will not fail thee, neither forsake thee: fear not, neither be dismayed."
