Personal Ambition Blinds.

EPHESIANS 5:25

“Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the Church, and gave himself for it.”

It is very sad for me to see people within the church, think that it is a place of competition. Competition is of the devil, and has no place within – The Family of God.

Church should be filled with people who are grateful, to be saved; and that desire the good for all people. This heart motive is shown then by the things we do – for others. There is no other purpose in love; and because of truth – we run for their souls.

Christ wants all to come to the knowledge of truth, and then choose salvation; and a place within his eternal family. Personal ambition blinds the goal of Christ; and has crippled the Church for too many generations. Love is what is needed. Love cares about God. Love cares about others. Love is an action. Love asks God, “How can I help?” Then, love obeys God with the direction he gives – to help someone. Begin today to really love God, and others. You were born again to be like Jesus – love.
