Purpose.

JEREMIAH 29:11

“For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” 

God longs for you to believe in him. What he says, he absolutely means. I have been deeply harmed in life, but never by God. No matter what has happened to you, or how big a disaster that has unpleasantly visited your life; God can turn things around. Tragedy births miracles. We do not like tragedy, but God can bring beauty out of ashes; this is his specialty. You can trust God with your life, for no one loves you more than him. Do not blame God; instead allow God to comfort you.

Jesus told us to expect afflictions, but then he has promised deliverance out of every one of them. I can vouch for God; he has been faithful to do just that – for me; my entire life.

Name a time in your life, where God brought victory and beauty out of a tragedy.
