The Cleansing.

ROMANS 14:11

“As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God.”

When we become born again, we make a transfer from the devils kingdom to the Lord’s. This is a factual certain transfer; of residence, in the invisible realm. When we come into the Kingdom of God, we learn to come under the authority of God. There is only one ruler in the Kingdom of God, and that is the Trinity; Father, Son and Holy Ghost. There is one throne, and we are not on it. We are citizens within this Kingdom, learning and growing under submission to God.

This is an amazing transformation, and sometimes a very painful one; especially for the leaders, and the control freaks. I know all about this. This new life becomes a new normal, where we learn to surrender our wills to God and his leading. We will make it, if we don’t fight with God all the way to Heaven, over who is going to be the boss in this relationship.

Many of us come from very abusive backgrounds, where trust is hard and respect is even more difficult to have for someone, no matter their title. Can I hear an Amen, from anyone?

But, we must learn that God likes to be in charge, and he expects us to be molded into the image of Jesus; under his throne. So we give up our “rights,” and surrender to him being God – all by himself.
